The sourcing, as is often the case with these things, is a mystery. The Scotch This rum-cask-finished single malt is amber in the glass and has vanilla, oak and baked apple aromas, which are echoed on the palate alongside a cedar note and a clove and cinnamon-spiced finish. Grangestone truly is a perfect example of a whisky from the Highland region of Scotland.
